Our realtor in Halifax referred us to Valerie Moroz in Wainwright, and are we ever glad she did!! This is our fourth military move, and each one has presented a unique set of considerations and challenges.
Valerie called us and introduced herself – she has lived and sold real estate in Wainwright for over 30 years which reassured us, and she clearly loves it which really encouraged us. Right away, we also appreciated her clear and straightforward advice, and the listings she sent for our consideration proved she listened and understood what we were looking for.
The house-hunting trip was even better, and her enthusiasm and expertise proved exceptional, especially concerning military moves. She navigated every tricky aspect fearlessly and flawlessly, and we received a valuable home-buying and selling education in the process.
And since our fifth move is probably in the not-to-distant future, we asked for advice for preparing for that home sale – not only did Valerie have lots of good suggestions, she knows everyone in town, and we really enjoyed meeting the local merchants she recommended.
We are looking forward to living in Wainwright, AB!
